The invention discloses a double-steel-wire reinforcing layer structure for improving durability of a tire bead of an all-steel truck radial tire, and relates to the technical field of all-steel tire structures and tire simulation, the structure comprises a steel wire ring, a steel wire reinforcing layer, apex and a tire body cord ply, the steel wire reinforcing layer comprises an outer side steel wire reinforcing layer and an inner side steel wire reinforcing layer, and the outer side steel wire reinforcing layer comprises an outer side steel wire reinforcing layer and an inner side steel wire reinforcing layer. The bead filler comprises hard bead filler and soft bead filler, the tire body cord fabric layer comprises an inner side nylon reinforcing layer and an outer side nylon reinforcing layer, the outer side of the steel wire ring is coated with an inner side steel wire reinforcing layer, and the outer side of the inner side steel wire reinforcing layer is coated with the tire body. The overall rigidity of the tire bead is improved and the overall deformation of the tire bead is reduced by adding the tire bead framework materials and optimizing the height and the cutting angle of the framework materials, meanwhile, the shear deformation between the framework materials is reduced by adding the molding rubber and the rubber sheet between the framework materials, the durability of the tire bead is improved, and the service life of the tire is prolonged.
本发明公开了提升全钢载重子午线轮胎胎圈耐久性的双钢丝补强层结构,涉及全钢胎结构和轮胎仿真技术领域,该结构包括钢丝圈,钢丝补强层、三角胶、胎体帘布层,所述钢丝补强层包括外侧钢丝补强层和内侧钢丝补强层,所述三角胶包括硬三角胶和软三角胶,所述胎体帘布层包括内侧尼龙补强层和外侧尼龙补强层,所述钢丝圈外侧包覆有内侧钢丝补强层,所述内侧钢丝补强层外侧包覆有胎体。本发明通过增加胎圈骨架材料、优化骨架材料高度和裁断角度来提升胎圈整体刚度,减小胎圈整体变形,同时通过在骨架材料之间增加型胶和胶片减小骨架材料间的剪切变形,提升胎圈耐久性能,延长轮胎使用寿命。
