The invention discloses a giant radial tire capable of improving the durability of a tire bead. The radial tire comprises a crown, a sidewall, a lining layer, a belt ply and a tire bead, wherein a tire body comprises a main tire body and a turn-up tire body; the tire bead comprises a steel wire ring, a upper apex strip, a lower apex strip, seam allowance protective rubber, steel wire seam allowance wrapping cloth, nylon seam allowance wrapping cloth and molding rubber; the carcass ply of the tire reversely wraps the steel wire ring; the outer side of the steel wire seam allowance wrapping cloth is located among the reversely-wrapped carcass ply, the molding rubber and the seam allowance protective rubber; and the inner side of the steel wire seam allowance wrapping cloth is located betweenthe carcass ply and the nylon seam allowance wrapping cloth. According to the giant radial tire disclosed by the invention, by optimizing the structural design of the tire bead, all parts in the tirebead structure have a synergistic effect, so that the durability of the tire bead of the giant radial tire is obviously improved, the performance of the tire bead is improved, and the service life ofthe tire bead is prolonged. The giant radial tire also has the characteristics of simple preparation process and high production efficiency, is suitable for large-scale production of enterprises, andhas remarkable economic benefits and social benefits.

    本发明公开一种具有提高胎圈耐久性能的巨型子午线轮胎,包括胎冠、胎侧、内衬层、带束层和胎圈,胎体包括主胎体、反包胎体,胎圈包括钢丝圈、上三角胶、下三角胶、子口护胶、钢丝子口包布、尼龙子口包布及型胶,轮胎的胎体帘布反包钢丝圈,钢丝子口包布外侧位于反包胎体帘布、型胶和子口护胶之间,钢丝子口包布内侧位于胎体帘布和尼龙子口包布之间。本发明巨型子午线轮胎通过优化轮胎胎圈结构设计,使该轮胎胎圈结构中各部分协同作用,使所述的巨型子午线轮胎胎圈耐久性能有明显提升,提高了轮胎胎圈性能和使用寿命。并且该巨型子午线轮胎轮胎还具有制备工艺简单、生产效率高的特点,适合企业大规模生产,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。
