This website contains web forms that enable quick electronic contact with the project partners by providing your name and e-mail address on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a) DSGVO. When using the contact form, you consent to the processing of your name and e-mail address for fulfilling your request. The use of the contact form is voluntary. You will not face any disadvantages from withdrawal or refusal, as alternative communication means can be used. Your data will be deleted by the project partners once the purpose has been served, unless there is a legal obligation to retain the data.
We create anonymous statistics and analysis of the visits to our website.
When saving the user IP address, the last two octets are not processed. The collection of the user ID is deactivated. For the analysis, the following data is collected in addition to the access to the site and the anonymized IP address: Date and time of the request, page title of the requested page, URL of the previously requested page (referrer URL), screen resolution of the client system, local time zone, URL of clicked and downloaded files, URL of clicked external domains, geolocation of the client (country, region, city), main language of the used browser, user agent of the used browser.
The information generated with Matomo about the use of this website is processed and stored exclusively with the TIB.
In this case, an opt-out cookie is placed in the browser of the data subject, which prevents Matomo from storing usage data. When the cookies are deleted, the Matomo opt-out cookie is also deleted. Such objection (opt-out) must be redeclared when visiting the TIB website again
Whenever a data subject calls the FID move web pages, these pages automatically collect information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to the TIB. This is:
The collection of data and the storage of data in log files is absolutely necessary for the operation of our website. These data are explicitly not processed for the purpose of gaining knowledge about your person. In general, these data cannot be assigned to a specific person. We do not combine these data with other data sources.
We processe and store the data subject’s personal data only for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of such storage and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and the country and institution-specific data protection regulations applicable to the project partners. Thereafter, the personal data will routinely be blocked or deleted in accordance with the statutory provisions.
You shall at any time be entitled to obtain information about the data stored in this library, its origin and recipient and about the purpose of such data processing, as well as to rectification or erasure or restriction of processing or – to the extent that such processing is based on your consent – a right of withdrawal, possibly a right of objection and the right to data portability. You can contact us at any time for further questions on the subject of personal data (see: Contact). In addition, you have the right to file a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority in accordance with Art. 77 DSGVO if it is suspected that the personal data is being processed unlawfully.
The Twitter plugin is used on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the widest possible visibility in the social media. If the appropriate consent has been requested, the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO; the consent can be revoked at any time.
For the purpose of publishing a document on the publication and document server, a registration is generally required. A web form or input assistant (https://publish.fid-move.de) is used to request publication-specific information (language, title, date, identifier, version/review status, keywords, project and funding information, licences, access status, embargo information, full text file) as well as your personal data (function, academic title, first name, surname, institute affiliation, ORCID, Researcher ID, e-mail address). Mandatory fields are marked as such. Furthermore, you are free to provide additional information at your own convenience (e.g. for the purpose of improved research capability) or depending on the type and scope of the planned publication (e.g. information on persons involved). The collection of data is based on contractual measures according to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b) DSGVO. With the publication of the documents, metadata (e.g. information on author, title or date of publication) are made searchable via the SLUB catalogue and via international search engines such as Google Scholar or BASE (Bielefeld Academic Search Engine) and are therefore visible worldwide. Access to your entire registration data is only granted to authorised employees of the SLUB as part of their work activities to fulfil the OA publication via Qucosa. The publications are available on a long-term basis. A minimum availability of 5 years is guaranteed for all documents. Modified documents must be re-registered and receive a new persistent identifier. Upon legal reasons or compelling interests of the persons concerned, access to published documents and their delivery can be blocked or contents can be deleted.
In order to publish your document on the document and publication server, you must also submit the "Deposit license - Declaration of consent for e-publishing on Qucosa". Without granting these rights, there is no entitlement to publishing the document online. On the basis of contractual measures pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b) DSGVO, your surname, first name, the title of your publication, the ORCID and your e-mail address are collected and processed as contact information for the purposes of verifying the granting of rights and also for the purpose of possibly contacting you in the event of irregularities in the processing. Access to this data is only granted to authorised employees of the SLUB within the scope of their work activities to fulfil the OA publication via Qucosa. Data within the scope of the granted deposit licences will be deleted when the purpose expires - i.e. at the end of the OA availability of your publication - as long as there is no longer a need for the publication of the documents or legal requirements for storage do not prevent deletion.
