The invention relates to the technical field of tires, and discloses a truck radial tire capable of improving the performance of a tire bead, the ratio of the radial distance LSH from the widest position of the tire to a bead heel point to the section height SH of the tire meets the condition that LSH/SH is greater than or equal to 45% and less than or equal to 55%; the height h2 of the upper end point of the chafer on the outer side of the bead filler is higher than the height h1 of the upper end point of the turn-up part, and h2-h1 is more than or equal to 5mm and less than or equal to 15mm; and 0.17 < = h1/SH < = 0.27. Compared with a conventional tire bead structure adopted by an existing tire, by optimizing the outline, the tire bead structure and material distribution of the tire bead part, on one hand, deformation of a tire body turn-up endpoint can be reduced, the strength of the tire bead can be enhanced, and on the other hand, tire body cords of the tire are stressed more uniformly, so that the durability of the tire bead of the tire is improved.

    本发明涉及轮胎技术领域,公开了一种提高胎圈性能的载重子午线轮胎,轮胎最宽处到胎踵点的径向距离LSH与轮胎断面高度SH的比值满足:45%≤LSH/SH≤55%;三角胶外侧的胎圈包布上端点的高度h2高于反包部上端点的高度h1,且满足5mm≤h2‑h1≤15mm;0.17≤h1/SH≤0.27。相对现有轮胎采用的常规胎圈结构,本发明通过优化轮廓、胎圈结构及胎圈部位的材料分布,一方面能够减小胎体反包端点的变形,增强胎圈强度,另一方面也使轮胎胎体帘线受力更加均匀,以提升轮胎的胎圈耐久性能。
