Disclosed is a vehicle service providing method in an autonomous driving system (Automated Vehicle & Highway Systems). The service providing method, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises: acquiring user state information using a sensor; acquiring road surface state information of a driving route; acquiring traffic information of the driving route; predicting a risk rating of the driving route; and determining a service to be provided to the user on the basis of the user state information, the road surface state information, the traffic information and the risk rating. Accordingly, the present invention may provide an optimal service to the user by using an AI technique. One or more of an autonomous vehicle, a user terminal and a server of the present invention may be linked with an artificial intelligence module, a drone (unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV)) robot, an augmented reality (AR) device, a virtual reality (VR) device, a 5G service-related device, etc.

    La présente invention concerne un procédé de fourniture de service de véhicule dans un système de conduite autonome (systèmes de véhicule autonome et d'autoroute automatisée). Le procédé de fourniture de service, selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, comprend les étapes consistant à : acquérir des informations d'état d'utilisateur à l'aide d'un capteur ; acquérir des informations d'état de surface de route d'un itinéraire de conduite ; acquérir des informations de trafic de l'itinéraire de conduite ; prédire une évaluation des risques de l'itinéraire de conduite ; et déterminer un service à fournir à l'utilisateur sur la base des informations d'état d'utilisateur, des informations d'état de surface de route, des informations de trafic et de l'évaluation des risques. En conséquence, la présente invention peut fournir un service optimal à l'utilisateur en utilisant une technique d'IA. Un ou plusieurs éléments parmi un véhicule autonome, un terminal utilisateur et un serveur de la présente invention peuvent être liés à un module d'intelligence artificielle, un drone (véhicule aérien sans pilote (UAV)), un robot, un dispositif de réalité augmentée (RA), un dispositif de réalité virtuelle (RV), un dispositif associé à un service 5G, etc.
