A 3-dimensional vector coordinate system for autonomous driving according to one embodiment comprises: an autonomous driving unit installed on a vehicle and communicating with a central processing unit; a roadside installation unit installed on a roadside and communicating with the central processing unit; and the central processing unit communicating with the autonomous driving unit and the roadside installation unit. The autonomous driving unit comprises: a vehicle sensing unit sensing surroundings of the vehicle; a velocity control unit autonomously controlling a speed of the vehicle; and a steering control unit autonomously controlling steering of the vehicle.
