To provide a saddle-riding type vehicle that can further efficiently eliminate dirt and water, etc., sticking on the rear surface of a fender.SOLUTION: In a saddle-riding type vehicle 1 that includes fenders 9 and 17 placed above respective wheels WF and WR, respective sheet members 30 are attached to respective rear surfaces of the fenders 9 and 17, and each sheet member 30 has one end 32 in the vehicle back-and-forth direction which is fastened to each fender 9 and 17, and thus the other end 31 is swingable. The one end 32 fastened to each fender 9 and 17 is a rear end of the sheet member 30. The sheet member 30 is formed of an elastic material. The plural sheet members 30 are attached in the vehicle back-and-forth direction. The plural sheet members 30 are placed in such a way that adjacent sheet members partially overlap with each other in the vehicle back-and-forth direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4

【課題】フェンダの裏面に付着する泥や水等をより効果的に落とすことができる鞍乗型車両を提供する。【解決手段】車輪（ＷＦ，ＷＲ）の上方に配設されるフェンダ（９，１７）を有する鞍乗型車両（１）において、フェンダ（９，１７）の裏面にシート部材（３０）が取り付けられており、シート部材（３０）は、車両前後方向の一方の端部側（３２）がフェンダ（９，１７）に固定されることで他方の端部側（３１）が揺動可能とされる。フェンダ（９，１７）に固定される一方の端部側（３２）はシート部材（３０）の後端部である。シート部材（３０）が弾性部材からなる。シート部材（３０）は車両前後方向に複数枚取り付けられる。複数枚のシート部材（３０）は車両前後方向で互いに一部が重なるように配設される。【選択図】図４
