The invention discloses a parking space binding device of a parking space lock. The device comprises a detection module, an identification module, a parking space binding module, a communication module and an energy supply module, wherein the detection module is used for detecting whether a vehicle entering a parking space meets a preset condition or not; the identification module is used for identifying vehicle data of a parking space when the driving-in vehicle meets the preset condition; the parking space binding module is used for binding the identified parking space vehicle data with a parking space lock number; the communication module is used for sending the bound license plate data and the parking space lock number; and the energy supply module is used for supplying electric energy to the detection module, the identification module, the parking space binding module and the communication module, and is electrically connected with the detection module, the identification module, the parking space binding module and the communication module.
