The invention aims to provide a shared parking space management system and an intelligent parking space lock, aiming at the problem that the use cost of the existing parking space lock is relatively high. The intelligent parking space lock comprises a supporting frame, a space occupying hanging frame hung on the supporting frame, a winding and unwinding device for winding or unwinding the space occupying hanging frame, a control module for controlling the winding and unwinding device to wind or unwind the space occupying hanging frame, and a camera device for recognizing the state of a parking space. The occupied hanging frame is hung above a parking space, and the winding and unwinding device conducts winding and unwinding from the higher end of the occupied hanging frame. When the occupied hanging part is located at the locking position, the vertical distance between the lowest end of the occupied hanging part and the ground is smaller than the height of the vehicle; when the occupied hanging part is located at the unlocking position, the vertical distance between the lowest end of the occupied hanging part and the ground is larger than the height of the vehicle; advertising information or indication information can be displayed on the occupied hanging frame. The shared parking space management system comprises a plurality of vehicle lock groups and a server, wherein each vehicle lock group consists of parking space locks on adjacent parking spaces.
