The invention discloses an intelligent mobile trolley battery replacing method, and belongs to the technical field of electric automobiles. The method comprises the steps that after a vehicle to be subjected to battery replacement is parked in a coverage area of the battery replacement station, the vehicle to be subjected to battery replacement sends position information and a battery replacement instruction to the battery replacement station, and the battery replacement station selects a nearest intelligent moving trolley according to the position information, generates a moving path and then sends path information and the battery replacement instruction to the nearest intelligent moving trolley; and the intelligent moving trolley receives the battery replacement instruction and executes battery replacement operation, after battery replacement is completed, a battery replacement completion instruction is sent to the vehicle to complete battery replacement, and the intelligent moving trolley moves to the initial position. The battery pack of the vehicle to be subjected to battery replacement is removed for battery replacement through the intelligent moving trolley, no requirement for the parking position of the vehicle exists, battery replacement can be completed in the battery replacement area, the battery pack can be replaced without depending on large, complex and heavy equipment, and labor force and cost are greatly reduced.

    本发明的一种智能移动小车换电方法,属于电动汽车技术领域。方法为待换电的车辆在换电站覆盖区域内停车完成后,待换电的车辆发出位置信息和换电指令给换电站,换电站根据位置信息选择最近的智能移动小车并生成移动路径后发送路径信息和换电指令给最近的智能移动小车,智能移动小车接收换电指令并执行换电操作,换电完成后发送换电完成指令给车辆完成换电,智能移动小车移动至初始位置。通过智能移动小车对待换电的车辆的电池包进行移除换电,对于车辆的停放位置没有要求,只要在换电区域内就可以完成换电,无需依靠大型复杂笨重的设备即可实现电池包的更换,极大的减轻劳动力以及成本。
