The invention discloses a battery replacing trolley for a battery replacing station. The battery replacing trolley comprises an X-Y direction moving mechanism, a rotating mechanism, a jacking mechanism, a supporting plate and a plurality of locking and unlocking gun head mechanisms. The multiple gun head locking and unlocking mechanisms are all installed on the supporting plate, the supporting plate is connected with the rotating mechanism through the jacking mechanism, and the rotating mechanism is arranged on the X-Y direction moving mechanism. The fourth servo motor drives the elastic gun head to rotate through the fourth speed reducer, so that the elastic gun head is rapidly matched with a battery pack locking mechanism on the battery-replaced vehicle, and battery pack replacement is completed. By arranging an X-Y direction moving mechanism, a rotating mechanism, a jacking mechanism and a plurality of locking and unlocking gun head mechanisms, the functions of jacking, locking and unlocking, positioning, rotating and the like are integrated on the battery replacing trolley, integration is achieved, occupied space is reduced, and response is rapid; by arranging the visual camera, the battery replacing trolley can meet the requirement that a vehicle enters a station and is parked, a visual system automatically recognizes the deviation angle, then the mechanism conducts movement and rotation positioning in the xy direction, and the locking and unlocking positioning precision is improved.

本发明公开了一种换电站用换电小车，包括X‑Y向移动机构、旋转机构、顶升机构、支撑板、以及若干加解锁枪头机构；若干加解锁枪头机构均安装在支撑板上，而支撑板与旋转机构通过顶升机构连接，旋转机构设置在X‑Y向移动机构上；伺服电机四通过减速机四驱动弹性枪头转动，使弹性枪头与被换电车辆上的电池包锁止机构快速配合，完成电池包更换。通过设置X‑Y向移动机构、旋转机构、顶升机构和若干加解锁枪头机构，将顶升，加解锁，定位，旋转等功能集成于换电小车上，具备集成性，减小空间占用，反应迅速；通过设置视觉相机，换电小车能够满足车辆进站停偏视觉系统自动识别偏移角度，然后机构进行xy方向移动加旋转定位，提高加解锁定位精度。
