In order to solve the technical problem that an existing roof side rail reinforcing structure is too heavy, the invention provides a reinforcing pipe and an upper edge beam reinforcing structure. The reinforcing pipe is a carbon fiber composite pipe and comprises a first section, a second section, a third section, a fourth section, a fifth section and a sixth section which are sequentially connected, the first section is used for connecting an A-column inner plate and an A-column reinforcing plate, the second section, the third section and the fourth section are all used for being connected with the A-column inner plate, and the fifth section is used for connecting an upper edge beam inner plate and a B-column reinforcing plate; and the sixth section is used for connecting the upper edge beam inner plate and an upper edge beam reinforcing plate. The carbon fiber composite material reinforcing pipe is adopted as the upper edge beam reinforcing piece, one whole pipe is used for replacing a plurality of traditional reinforcing plates, the structure is simple, and the mold cost is low. The part needing the reinforcing plate is locally thickened, the equal-strength design is achieved, and the light weight effect is obvious. The strength of the carbon fiber composite material is higher than that of a traditional steel plate, and the carbon fiber composite material has a closed section and can bear larger collision force.
为了解决现有的上边梁加强结构重量过大的技术问题,本发明提出了一种加强管及上边梁加强结构。加强管为碳纤维复合管,加强管包括依次相连的第一段、第二段、第三段、第四段、第五段和第六段,第一段用于连接A柱内板和A柱加强板,第二段、第三段和第四段均用于与A柱内板连接,第五段用于连接上边梁内板和B柱加强板,第六段用于连接上边梁内板和上边梁加强板。本发明采用碳纤纤维复合材料加强管作为上边梁加强件,用一根整管取代传统的多个加强板,结构简单,模具成本低。本发明在需要加强板的地方局部加厚,实现了等强度设计,轻量化效果明显。碳纤维复合材料比传统的钢板强度高,且为封闭截面,能够承受更大的碰撞力。
