Through the arrangement of the fine adjustment structure, the sensitivity of the locking structure in the safety belt winding device can be adjusted through the fine adjustment structure, in other words, when a vehicle is integrally assembled, the sensitivity of the safety belt winding device can be adjusted to be in a moderate state, and the phenomenon that the sensitivity of the safety belt winding device is too high or too low can be avoided.
