The invention relates to a control system of a downhole human transport device, in particular to a high-speed manned train traction control system which comprises an electrical main system, a braking control system and a braking failure alarm device. The electrical main system comprises a pantograph type current collector, a circuit breaker, a braking resistor, an AC asynchronous traction electric motor, an inverter, an electric reactor and a driver controller. The braking control system comprises exhaust braking systems and brake switches SA, wherein the exhaust braking systems and the brake switches SA are installed on a manned vehicle. The braking failure alarm device comprises pressure relays and failure indicator lamps, wherein the pressure relays and the failure indicator lamps are additionally arranged on brake cylinder pipelines in all the exhaust braking systems. After the high-speed manned train traction control system is used, it takes people about three hours to enter and leave a well mouth, and working time is saved by two hours. Meanwhile, blackout failures caused when a disconnected pantograph type current collector is grounded are eliminated, a train runs more safely and reliably, the impact caused by the manned vehicle behind on a DC locomotive is eliminated, and riding comfort is improved.
