An innovative passive cooling solution with sealed UAV enclosure system allows heat from a semiconductor chip to be dissipated to the ambient environment through evaporation/condensation phase-change cooling and air cooling a heat sink such as a fin (140) without any additional power consumption to operate cooling solution. One example of such a solution may include a pipe (105) with a fin and a fluid. The pipe may include a wick structure (150) along an inner surface of the pipe configured to allow the fluid to travel within the wick structure and to allow a vapor form of the fluid to exit the wick structure towards a center of the pipe.

L'invention porte sur une solution de refroidissement passive innovante avec un système d'enceinte étanche d'UAV permettant à la chaleur provenant d'une puce semi-conductrice d'être dissipée vers l'environnement ambiant par refroidissement à changement de phase d'évaporation/condensation et refroidissement d'air d'un dissipateur thermique tel qu'une ailette (140) sans consommation d'énergie supplémentaire pour faire fonctionner la solution de refroidissement. Un exemple d'une telle solution peut comprendre un tuyau (105) avec une ailette et un fluide. Le tuyau peut comprendre une structure de mèche (150) le long d'une surface interne du tuyau configurée pour permettre au fluide de se déplacer à l'intérieur de la structure de mèche et pour permettre à une forme de vapeur du fluide de sortir de la structure de mèche vers un centre du tuyau.
