Producing components of energy storage for electric vehicles and the production of the vehicles themselves is partly material different from the production process of combustion engine and hybrid drive vehicles. Concerning high voltage safety the teaching and development of skills in terms of electro mobility is a basis for a midterm realization of acceptable lot sizes in a series production environment to produce electric vehicles. So far, there are rarely any educational models or training methods for production orientated qualifications regarding high voltage components. Hence, companies are required to design appropriate trainings of the HV-production themselves to ensure a safe handling for HV-energy-storages and innovative production methods.
