Night driving safety has attracted recently so much attention in the research field of the driver assistance systems(DAS). Modern light-based (DAS) can enhance the driving conditions by actively interacting with the vehicle environment. For example, driver can be warned through marking the invisible objects on the driving lane. Furthermore, long detection range and high measurement range are the main prerequisites to implement such systems. The paper introduces platform for sensor data fusion, which contains different sets of sensor (LIDAR, Camera, GPS ), in aim to improve the system functionality and to adapt in different driving situations.
