Abstract Vibrations and their impact significantly affect dynamic bus parameters. This article mainly focuses on determining the impact of internal and external factors exciting the bus system on comfort. Comfort is defined by amplitudes of vibrations of structural points and values of amplitudes manifesting in the frequency band. Experimental bus research – measurements of vibrations of significant structural bus points – was carried out in the article. Measurements of vibrations of significant structural bus points allow evaluating the dynamic parameters of low-floor buses and their impact on the comfort.
