The report is an in-depth multidisciplinary investigation of a collision involving a firetruck and an automobile. The driver of vehicle no. 2, study vehicle, was proceeding through an intersection which normally has the right-of-way; however, she failed to hear the siren of the emergency vehicle and was struck on the driver's side. Car then skidded off to the side, hitting a stop sign and coming to rest in a ditch. There were no severe injuries. (Author)
