A 2006 Ford E-450 Type III Ambulance was impacted on the curb side by the Moving Deformable Barrier (MDB) which was moving forward in a 90DG position to the tow road guidance system at a velocity of 49.9 km/h. The test was performed at MGA Research Corporation on August 16, 2010. Pre-and post-test photographs of the vehicle can be found in Appendix A. One real-time camera and seven high-speed cameras were used to document the impact event. Camera locations and other pertinent camera information can be found in this report. The 24 channels of data were recorded on an on-board data acquisition system. Appendix B contains the vehicle response data traces.
