This paper presents a novel waveguide antenna which can radiate ieee802.11g channel 1 signal and channel 6 signals with high channel isolation. The radiation is achieved by cutting two slots on the top and side of the waveguide. Two different polarized radiations are achieved by the two slots and the high isolation is achieved by the two different polarizations. Experimental results show that isolation up to 25dB between ieee802.11g channel 1 and channel 6 has been achieved by this waveguide antenna. This type of antenna can be used in metro MIMO applications to reduce the interference between train control signal and Passenger Information System(PIS) signal.
