Though the rapid globally urbanization and Internet of Things (IoT) are creating great opportunities for researchers and urban planners to get significant insight of our cities, efficient information extraction and instant decision making are still key issues in which Cloud Computing is not the universal solution any more. We present an urban traffic speeding monitoring system using Fog Computing which not only can track the speeding vehicle and obtain speed information in real-time, but also implement multi-target tracking using single target tracking algorithm. The preliminary experimental results are encouraging and validate our Fog Computing architecture.
