We have observed quasiphase-matched parametric fluorescence in periodically sublattice-reversed gallium arsenide waveguides. Temperature tuning rates of -1.3 nm/K and 4.4 nm/K have been obtained for signal/idler around 1.6 /spl mu/m and 3.0 /spl mu/m, respectively.
