A method for operating a heat pump system (10) for air-conditioning a motor vehicle is provided. The heat pump system (10) has an internal evaporator (18) and an external condenser (20) coupled thereto via a refrigerant circuit (32), and an external evaporator (22), which is arranged downstream of the external condenser (20) in a cooling air flow direction (K). In the method, the external condenser (20) and the external evaporator (22) are operated actively simultaneously in at least one operating mode. Furthermore, a heat pump system (10) having a control unit (44) is provided, which is designed to operate the heat pump system (10) in accordance with such a method.
L'invention concerne un procédé pour faire fonctionner un système de pompe à chaleur (10) pour climatiser un véhicule à moteur. Le système de pompe à chaleur (10) comporte un évaporateur interne (18) et un condenseur externe (20) couplé à celui-ci par l'intermédiaire d'un circuit de fluide frigorigène (32), et un évaporateur externe (22), qui est disposé en aval du condenseur externe (20) dans une direction d'écoulement d'air de refroidissement (K).
