This marine trash collection device (100) is provided with: a first trash collection device (2) that, by allowing trash floating on the ocean surface to flow in together with seawater, removes non-microscopic trash (G1) included in the trash; and a second trash collection device (4) that, by causing microscopic trash (G2) to adhere to microbubbles (M) produced when the seawater is allowed to flow from the first trash collection device (2) via a connecting pipe member (3), removes the microscopic trash (G2).

Ce dispositif de collecte de déchets marins (100) est pourvu : d'un premier dispositif de collecte de déchets (2) qui, en permettant à des déchets flottant sur la surface de l'océan de s'écouler conjointement avec l'eau de mer, élimine les déchets non microscopiques (G1) inclus dans les déchets ; et un second dispositif de collecte de déchets (4) qui, en amenant des déchets microscopiques (G2) à adhérer à des microbulles (M) produites lorsque l'eau de mer est amenée à s'écouler à partir du premier dispositif de collecte de déchets (2) par l'intermédiaire d'un élément de tuyau de raccordement (3), élimine les déchets microscopiques (G2).

この海上ゴミ回収装置（１００）は、海上に浮遊するゴミを海水とともに流入させて、ゴミに含まれる非微小ゴミ（Ｇ１）を除去する第１ゴミ回収装置（２）と、接続管部材（３）を介して第１ゴミ回収装置（２）から海水を流入させる際に発生したマイクロバブル（Ｍ）に微小ゴミ（Ｇ２）を吸着させて除去する第２ゴミ回収装置（４）とを備える。
