A cold weather survival suit includes a principal body cavity having pneumatically connected extensions to fit body extremities and a coverable cranial opening. The structure of the suit includes a layered structure of mechanically interconnected suits within suits. A composite of tear‐proof and insulation material forms an internal suit or first envelope that is surrounded by a waterproof suit and then by a tear resistant suit.
L'invention concerne une combinaison de survie par temps froid qui comprend une cavité de corps principale ayant des extensions reliées de manière pneumatique pour s'adapter à des extrémités du corps et une ouverture crânienne pouvant être couverte. La structure de la combinaison comprend une structure en couches de combinaisons mécaniquement interconnectées dans des combinaisons. Un composite de matériau isolant et résistant à la déchirure forme une combinaison interne ou une première enveloppe qui est entourée par une combinaison imperméable à l'eau et ensuite par une combinaison résistant à la déchirure.
