This overload prevention device is built into a crane that has a boom and that transports a suspended load, and comprises: a storage unit that stores a first threshold value that is set as the upper limit of a load that will not cause the crane to tip forward; and a control unit that performs overload prevention control, including control for stopping the operation of the boom and/or control for issuing an alarm, when a forward load that generates the forward moment acting on the boom is greater than the first threshold value.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de prévention de surcharge qui est construit dans une grue ayant une flèche et transportant une charge suspendue, et qui comprend : une unité de stockage qui stocke une première valeur seuil qui est définie comme étant la limite supérieure d'une charge qui n'amènera pas la grue à basculer vers l'avant ; et une unité de commande qui effectue une commande de prévention de surcharge, comprenant une commande pour arrêter le fonctionnement de la flèche et/ou une commande pour émettre une alarme, lorsqu'une charge vers l'avant qui génère le moment vers l'avant agissant sur la flèche est supérieure à la première valeur seuil.

過負荷防止装置は、ブームを有し、吊荷を搬送するクレーンに組み込まれる過負荷防止装置であって、クレーンが前方に転倒しない荷重の上限として設定される第一閾値を記憶する記憶部と、ブームに作用する前方モーメントを発生させる前方荷重が、第一閾値よりも大きい場合に、ブームの動作を停止する制御及び警報を発する制御の少なくとも一方の制御を含む過負荷防止制御を実施する制御部と、を備える。
