An electric steering system (1) including a steering device (40), an actuating device (30) and a related method for controlling the electric steering system. The steering device (40) is configured to transmit steering signals in response to user operations. The actuating device (30) is configured to control the electric motor (301) to rotate a link arm (202) according to the steering signal, bringing the rotatable assembly (203) to rotate along an axis of the ship propulsion apparatus (20), thereby adjusting an orientation of the propeller (2034). The actuating device (30) is rotatably coupled to an end of the link arm (202).

La présente invention concerne un système de direction électrique (1) comprenant un dispositif de direction (40), un dispositif d'actionnement (30) et un procédé associé pour commander le système de direction électrique. Le dispositif de direction (40) est configuré pour transmettre des signaux de direction en réponse à des opérations d'utilisateur. Le dispositif d'actionnement (30) est configuré pour commander le moteur électrique (301) pour faire tourner un bras de liaison (202) en fonction du signal de direction, amener l'ensemble rotatif (203) à tourner le long d'un axe de l'appareil de propulsion de navire (20), ce qui permet d'ajuster une orientation de l'hélice (2034). Le dispositif d'actionnement (30) est couplé de façon rotative à une extrémité du bras de liaison (202).
