In the present invention, a vehicle allocation system 1 moves a vehicle to a prescribed point in response to a user request. The vehicle allocation system 1 comprises: an alighting point determination device (100); a control device (200); and a user terminal device (300). A processor (10) of the alighting point determination device (100) identifies a second user who is expected to alight in a prescribed range including a point related to a first user, and calculates, as the prescribed point, a common point where users including at least the first user and the second user alight.
