Abstract

This AUV comprises: an underwater vehicle body which travels underwater along an object to be inspected that is located underwater or at the bottom of a body of water; an arm which extends from the underwater vehicle body; an inspection tool unit which has a contact portion that makes contact with the object to be inspected and an inspection device that inspects the object to be inspected; and a passive joint that is provided between the arm and the inspection tool unit and allows passive relative rotation of the inspection tool unit with respect to the arm about at least one axis.

L'invention concerne un véhicule sous-marin autonome (AUV) comprenant : un corps de véhicule sous-marin qui se déplace sous l'eau le long d'un objet à inspecter qui est situé sous l'eau ou au fond d'une masse d'eau ; un bras qui s'étend depuis le corps de véhicule sous-marin ; une unité d'outil d'inspection qui comporte une partie de contact qui entre en contact avec l'objet à inspecter et un dispositif d'inspection qui inspecte l'objet à inspecter ; et une articulation passive qui est disposée entre le bras et l'unité d'outil d'inspection et qui permet une rotation relative passive de l'unité d'outil d'inspection par rapport au bras autour d'au moins un axe.

ＡＵＶは、水中または水底に位置する検査対象物に沿って航走する潜水機本体と、前記潜水機本体から延びるアームと、前記検査対象物に対して接触する接触部および前記検査対象物を検査する検査機器を有する検査用ツール部と、前記アームと前記検査用ツール部の間に設けられた、少なくとも１軸周りに前記アームに対する前記検査用ツール部の受動的な相対回転を許容する受動関節と、を備える。
