본 발명은 빛 투과율을 가변 제어하고 저방사율(Low Emissivity)로 열차단을 적용하는 스마트 윈도우 조립체를 제공하고자 한다. 본 발명의 스마트 윈도우 조립체는, 외부에 노출되는 아웃 글라스, 상기 아웃 글라스의 내측에 아웃 접착층으로 부착되는 투과율 가변필름, 상기 투과율 가변필름의 내측에 인너 접착층으로 부착되는 인너 글라스, 및 상기 투과율 가변필름의 적어도 일면에 구비되는 저방사율층을 포함한다.
