The present invention relates to a launchpad aided GNSS relative positioning apparatus and method for unmanned aerial vehicles and, specifically, to an apparatus and method for determining the GNSS relative position of an unmanned aerial vehicle. Two launchpads are spaced apart by a set distance and allows an aircraft to take off and land. A master GNSS receiver and a follower GNSS receiver are placed on the launchpads. The GNSS relative position of the aircraft is determined in a state in which the origin of the local coordinate system is located at the position of the master GNSS receiver.
