A method for manufacturing a liquefied gas cargo hold is disclosed. According to one aspect of the present invention, provided is the method for manufacturing a liquefied gas cargo hold, comprising: a first step of manufacturing a first inner wall module having a prismatic shape in which a lower surface part is closed but an upper surface part is open; a second step of installing a scaffold on the lower surface of the first inner wall module; a third step of manufacturing a cargo hold module by coupling a second inner wall module to an upper part of the first inner wall module; a fourth step of installing a barrier and a heat shield to the cargo hold module using the scaffold; and a fifth step of removing the cage and collecting the scaffold from the cargo hold module after installing the barrier and the heat shield in the cargo hold module. Embodiments of the present invention provide the method for manufacturing a liquefied gas cargo hold with improved structural stability of a scaffold installed in a liquefied gas cargo hold.
액화가스 화물창의 제조 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 측면에 따르면, 하면부는 폐쇄되되 상면부가 개방된 각기둥 형상의 제1 내벽 모듈을 제작하는 제1 단계; 상기 제1 내벽 모듈의 하면부 상에 족장을 설치하는 제2 단계; 상기 제1 내벽 모듈의 상부에 제2 내벽 모듈을 결합하여 화물창 모듈을 제작하는 제3 단계; 상기 족장을 이용하여 상기 화물창 모듈에 방벽 및 방열재를 설치하는 제4 단계; 및 상기 화물창 모듈에 상기 방벽 및 방열재를 설치한 후에 상기 족장을 철거하여 상기 화물창 모듈로부터 수거하는 제5 단계를 포함하는 액화가스 화물창의 제조 방법이 제공될 수 있다.
