The present invention relates to a driver assistance system and a vehicle having the same, capable of improving safety of the vehicle and reducing the risk of a traffic accident. The vehicle includes: a display unit outputting visual-type warning information; a sound output unit outputting hearing-type warning information; a vibration generating unit installed in a driver seat and outputting haptic-type warning information by vibrating; and a control unit determining whether there are two passengers and that a driver is a speaker, based on passenger information in the vehicle and sound information in the vehicle. The control unit determines a visual type, a haptic type, and a hearing type as a warning type when it is determined that the passenger is one person and the driver is not the speaker. The control unit also determines the visual type and the haptic type as the warning type when it is determined that the passengers are two people or more or the driver is the speaker. Also, the control unit controls the output of warning information based on the determined warning type.
본 발명은 운전자 보조 시스템, 그를 가지는 차량에 관한 것이다. 차량은 시각 타입의 경보 정보를 출력하는 표시부; 청각 타입의 경보 정보를 출력하는 사운드 출력부; 운전석에 마련되고 진동을 발생시켜 햅틱 타입의 경보 정보가 출력되도록 하는 진동 발생부; 및 차량 내 사운드 정보와 차량 내 탑승자 정보에 기초하여 탑승자가 둘 이상이고 운전자가 발화자인지 판단하고 탑승자가 한 명이고 운전자가 발화자가 아니라고 판단되면 시각 타입, 햅틱 타입 및 청각 타입을 경보 타입으로 결정하고, 탑승자가 두 명 이상이거나 운전자가 발화자라고 판단되면 시각 타입과 햅틱 타입을 경보 타입으로 결정하고 결정된 경보 타입에 기초하여 경보 정보의 출력을 제어하는 제어부를 포함한다.
