The present invention relates to an offshore structure having a fender device. More particularly, according to an embodiment of the present invention, an offshore structure may comprise: a hull; and a fender device provided on the side wall of the hull. The fender device may include: a guide rail provided on the side wall along the longitudinal direction of the hull; a moving cart connected to the guide rail and movable along the guide rail; a buffer case for reducing the impact transmitted to the hull; and an expansion and contraction unit which may extend the buffer case away from the moving cart between the moving cart and the buffer case.
본 발명은 펜더장치를 구비하는 해양구조물에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 해양구조물은, 선체 및 선체의 측벽에 마련된 펜더장치를 포함할 수 있다. 펜더장치는 상기 선체의 길이 방향을 따라 상기 측벽에 마련되는 가이드레일; 상기 가이드레일에 연결되어, 상기 가이드레일을 따라 이동가능한 이동대차; 상기 선체로 전달되는 충격을 감소시키는 완충케이스; 상기 이동대차와 상기 완충케이스 사이에서, 상기 완충케이스가 상기 이동대차로부터 멀어지도록 연장될 수 있는 신축유닛을 포함할 수 있다.
