The present invention provides a catamaran comprising: first and second hulls spaced apart from each other; and an adjusting unit having both sides connected to the first and second hulls, and for adjusting the distance between the first and second hulls. The control unit includes: a first connecting rod having one end rotatably connected to the first hull; a second connecting rod having one end rotatably connected to the second hull; an adjusting body disposed between the first and second connecting rods; a first rotating wheel rotatably disposed on the adjusting body and connected to the first connecting rod; a second rotating wheel rotatably disposed on the adjusting body and connected to the second connecting rod; and a driving unit for rotating the first rotating wheel and the second rotating wheel. The catamaran can adjust the distance between the first and second hulls arranged parallel to each other according to the operating state of a ship such as anchoring or sailing. The catamaran can reduce the space occupied by the catamaran by narrowing the distance between the first hull and the second hull during storage and transport, and can increase the distance between the first hull and the second hull during sailing, thereby achieving stability of the catamaran.
