The present invention relates to a locking device for a parking brake, which comprises: a latch wheel (10) capable of moving around the circumference of a rotating shaft (X); at least two stopping poles (20) capable of engaging with the latch wheel in order to moor the latch wheel (10); an adjustment device (50); and a joining member (30), wherein the joining member (30) joins the at least two stopping poles (20) to the adjustment device (50), the joining member (30) is capable of moving to a first location (A) and a second location (B) by means of the adjustment device (50), and the at least two stopping poles (20) allow the latch wheel (10) to rotate in a first rotational direction and a second rotational direction at the first location and the at least two stopping poles (20) can engage with the latch wheel (10) and allows the latch wheel (10) to rotate only in the first rotation direction at the second location. In addition, the present invention relates to a parking brake including a locking device (1). In accordance with the present invention, provided are an improved locking device and an improved parking brake.

본 발명은 회전축(X) 둘레에서 이동 가능한 래칫 휠(10), 래칫 휠(10)을 계류시키기 위해 이러한 래칫 휠 내에 맞물릴 수 있는 적어도 2개의 정지 폴(20), 조절 장치(50) 및 결합 부재(30)를 포함하는 주차 브레이크의 잠금 장치(1)에 관한 것으로, 결합 부재(30)는 적어도 2개의 정지 폴(20)을 조절 장치(50)와 결합시키고, 결합 부재(30)는 조절 장치(50)에 의하여 제1 위치(A) 및 제2 위치(B)로 이동 가능하고, 제1 위치에서 적어도 2개의 정지 폴(20)은 제1 회전 방향 및 제2 회전 방향으로 래칫 휠(10)의 회전을 허용하고 제2 위치에서 적어도 2개의 정지 폴(20)은 래칫 휠(10) 내에 맞물릴 수 있고 오로지 제1 회전 방향으로의 회전만을 허용한다. 또한, 본 발명은 잠금 장치(1)를 포함하는 주차 브레이크에 관한 것이다.
