The present invention relates to a plane heater for an electric vehicle, which includes: a plate-shaped plane heating element; and a waterway part including an inlet and an outlet and coupled to the top or bottom surface of the plane heating element to form a moving path through which cooling water introduced into the inlet flows out of the outlet. The waterway part has a partition formed in zigzags so as to form a long flow path from the inlet toward the outlet, and a plate-shaped cover is welded to the upper surface of the partition to prevent leakage of the cooling water moving along the partition to maximize heat energy transferred from the plane heating element, thereby increasing the temperature of the cooling water flowing out of the outlet.
본 발명은 전기자동차용 면상발열 히터에 관한 것으로서, 판상의 면상발열체; 및 유입구 및 유출구를 구비하고, 면상발열체의 상면 또는 하면에 결합되어 유입구로 유입되는 냉각수가 유출구로 유출되도록 이동경로를 형성하는 수로부;를 포함하며, 수로부는 유입구에서 유출구를 향하여 유로가 길게 형성되도록 지그재그 방향으로 격벽이 형성되고, 격벽의 상측면에 판상으로 형성되는 커버로 용접되어 격벽을 따라 이동하는 냉각수가 누수되는 것을 방지하여 면상발열체로부터 전달되는 열에너지를 최대로 하여 유출구로 유출되는 냉각수의 온도를 증대시킬 수 있다.
