Disclosed is a water tank for a vessel model test, comprising: a water tank floor portion; a first side wall formed to extend in a vertical direction from the water tank floor portion, forming one side surface of the water tank floor portion; a second side wall formed to extend in the vertical direction from the water tank floor portion, forming another side surface opposite to the first side wall of the water tank floor portion; a water supply pipe coming in contact with the water tank floor portion and the first side wall, and formed to supply water of the water tank for the vessel model test; and a discharge pipe coming in contact with the water tank floor portion and the second side wall, and formed to discharge water of the water tank for the vessel model test. As such, in accordance with the present invention, initial construction costs and installation costs are able to be reduced.
