부유식 재기화 플랜트 및 그 설치 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 부유식 재기화 플랜트는, 해상에 부유하도록 마련되며 LNG를 저장하고 재기화된 가스를 가스수요처로 공급하는 FSRU(Floating Storage and Regasification Unit); 상기 FSRU가 계류되도록 마련되는 제티(Jetty); 및 상기 제티에서 상기 FSRU가 계류된 면의 타측에 계류되어 LNG를 저장하는 복수의 FSU(Floating Storage Unit);를 포함하되, 상기 복수의 FSU는 상기 제티의 타측에 병렬로(side by side) 연결되어 계류되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
