The present invention relates to an under cover for automobiles in which a resin impregnated grid layer is interposed between an upper felt layer and a lower felt layer. According to the present invention, problems of deterioration of workability and human health due to scattering of glass fiber when mounting a vehicle part on a lower part of an automobile, and a problem of exposure of glass fiber due to peeling and breakage of a nonwoven fabric part due to collision of a road foreign matter during driving are solved. Meanwhile, tensile strength, bending strength, and stability of the under cover are improved to prevent durability degradation due to weakness of a mounting part when testing a water pipe line and also the under cover can be recycled.

본 발명은 상부펠트층과 하부펠트층 사이에 수지함침 그리드층이 개재된 자동차용 언더커버에 관한 것으로서 본 발명에 의해 자동차 하부에 장착시 유리섬유의 비산에 따른 작업성 저하 및 인체유해성의 문제점, 차량 주행중 도로이물질의 충돌에 의한 부직포부분의 박리 및 파손에 따른 유리섬유의 노출문제를 해결하는 한편, 인장강도, 굴곡강도 및 복원성을 향상시켜 관수로테스트시 마운팅부 취약에 따른 내구성저하를 방지할 뿐만 아니라 및 재활용이 가능한 언더커버를 제공할 수 있다.
