The present invention relates to a terminal-modified conjugated diene-based polymeric rubber composition and a method for preparing the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a conjugated diene-based polymeric rubber composition useful for a high-performance tire tread material having a good balance of wear resistance, fracture characteristics, hysteresis loss and wet skid properties. The conjugated diene-based polymeric rubber composition comprises a terminal-modified conjugated diene-based polymer comprising an aminosilane-based terminal modifier represented by chemical formula 1 or 2 and bound to the terminal of a conjugated polymer. In chemical formula 1, R^1, R^2, R^3, R^4, R^5, R^6, m and n are the same as defined in the specification. In chemical formula 2, R^1, R^2, R^3, R^4, R^5 and n are the same as defined in the specification.
