The present invention relates to a gas exhausting assembly comprising: an exhaust gas line including a main exhausting pipe connected to a gas fuel engine and a branching pipe branching from the main exhausting pipe; and a gas explosion heat guiding device installed on the branching pipe and opening and closing the opening part of the branching pipe depending on the pressure inside the exhaust gas line. The gas explosion heat guiding device includes: a flange combined and fixed to an outer circumferential surface around the opening part formed on the end part of the branching pipe; a disk for opening and closing the opening part; and a guide member combined and fixed to the flange and guiding the disk to be able to be opened and closed. The gas exhausting assembly according to the present invention can enable a gas fuel engine to operate consistently even if an explosion occurs in the exhaust gas line as the gas explosion heat guiding device is configured to be opened and closed depending on the pressure inside the exhaust gas line. Also, the gas exhausting assembly according to the present invention can solve the existing inconvenience of having to replacing a ruptured disk and costs for maintenance, repair and replacement can be reduced as the gas explosion heat guiding device is configured to open when the pressure is raised by an explosion in the exhaust gas line, and to close when the pressure is lowered afterward.

본 발명은 가스 배기 어셈블리에 관한 것으로서, 가스연료 엔진에 접속되는 주 배기관과 상기 주 배기관으로부터 분지되는 분기관을 포함하는 배기가스 라인; 및 상기 분기관에 설치되며, 상기 배기가스 라인 내부의 압력에 따라 상기 분기관의 개구부를 개폐하는 가스 폭발화기 유도장치를 포함하되, 상기 가스 폭발화기 유도장치는, 상기 분기관의 단부에 형성된 개구부 주변의 외주면에 결합 고정되는 플랜지; 상기 개구부를 개폐하는 디스크; 및 상기 플랜지에 결합 고정되며, 상기 디스크가 개폐될 수 있도록 안내하는 가이드 부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따른 가스 배기 어셈블리는, 배기가스 라인 내부의 압력에 따라 가스 폭발화기 유도장치가 개폐되도록 구성함으로써, 배기가스 라인에서 폭발이 일어나더라도 가스연료 엔진의 작동이 지속적으로 이루어지도록 할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 가스 배기 어셈블리는, 배기가스 라인에서의 폭발로 압력이 상승했을 때 개방되고, 이후 압력이 하강했을 때 폐쇄되도록 가스 폭발화기 유도장치를 구성함으로써, 기존의 파열 디스크를 교체해야 하는 불편함을 해소할 수 있고, 유지 보수 및 교체에 따른 공수를 절감할 수 있다.
