The present invention relates to a device to sterilize ballast water of vessel, capable of making the use convenient and improving sterilization efficiency by discharging sterilized organisms with processing water to the sea by filtering and sterilizing the organisms, contained in ballast water of a vessel. The present invention comprises: a housing (10) including a ring-shaped filter installation part sealed from the outside, and a ballast water inlet port (18) and a processing water outlet port (19) which are connected to the filter installation part; a filter unit comprising a filter frame assembly having the ring-shaped inside and outside formed to be capable of fluid communication to receive the ballast water and discharge the processing water, including multiple filter chambers by multiple partitions in a circumferential direction, and allowing at least one among the filter chambers to perform fluid communication with the inlet port of the housing while allowing the other filter chambers to perform fluid communication with the outlet port by being installed in the filter installation part of the housing, and a filter film (30) stored in the filter chambers of the filter frame assembly and filtering the ballast water flowing into the filter frame; and a sterilizer (40) injecting sterilizing water into the filter film of the filter unit to sterilize the living organisms filtered by the filter film.

본 발명은 선박 평형수 살균 장치는 선박평형수에 포함된 살아있는 유기체를 여과한 후 멸균하여 처리수와 함께 멸균된 유기체를 해상에 방류함으로써 살균 효율을 향상하고 사용이 편리하도록 한 것이며, 외부와 밀폐되는 링 형상의 필터장착부가 구비되며 상기 필터장착부와 연통하는 선박평형수의 유입포트(18)와 처리수의 배출포트(19)가 구비된 하우징(10)과; 선박평형수의 유입과 처리수의 배출이 가능하도록 외부와 내부가 각각 유체 연통 가능하게 형성되는 링 형태이며 다수의 격벽에 의해 원주 방향을 따라 다수의 필터실이 구비되며 상기 하우징의 필터 장착부에 회전 가능하게 장착되어 다수의 필터실 중에서 하나 이상의 필터실이 상기 하우징의 유입포트와 유체 연통하도록 하는 한편 다른 필터실을 상기 배출포트와 유체 연통하도록 하는 필터틀 조립체, 상기 필터틀의 필터실에 각각 수납되며 상기 필터틀에 유입되는 선박평형수를 필터링하는 필터막(30)으로 이루어진 필터수단과; 상기 필터수단의 필터막에 멸균수를 주입하여 상기 필터막에 의해 필터링 된 살아있는 유기체를 멸균하는 멸균기(40)로 구성된다.
