The present invention provides a steering and braking device for an unmanned vehicle, comprising: a steering motor connected and combined with the steering column of an unmanned vehicle and generating a driving force; a steering link part for rotating the steering column by transmitting the driving force, which has been generated by the steering motor, to the steering column; a braking cylinder connected and combined with one side of the steering motor so that the outer end part of a cylinder rod can be arranged above the brake pedal of the unmanned vehicle, and enabling the brake pedal to be pressed selectively depending on the moving direction of the cylinder rod; a braking control part for controlling the braking cylinder to operate in case of an emergency situation during the drive of the unmanned vehicle; and a drive braking part installed to be arranged close to the brake pedal and controlling the brake pedal during drive except for the emergency situation of the unmanned vehicle. Accordingly, the steering and braking device for an unmanned vehicle enables the steering of an unmanned vehicle by transmitting the driving force of rotation, which has been generated by the steering motor, through the steering link part, thereby rotating the steering column with the steering motor connected and installed on the steering column of the unmanned vehicle, and the braking cylinder enables the emergency braking operation of the unmanned vehicle by being operated by the braking control part in an emergency situation as connected and installed on the steering motor.
