The present invention relates to a low-torque seal assembly for a bearing, which comprises an elastic body and a slinger, wherein the elastic part includes a protrusion and the slinger includes a slinger outer diameter part. The protrusion and the slinger outer diameter part are formed so that separation is prevented after assembly, a mud-collection radial rib and a mud-collection axial rib are formed in the elastic body so that the inflow of foreign substances into a seal is reduced, and a contact pressure of a contact part to the slinger, thereby enabling designing and manufacturing a bearing with reduced drag torque. A first mud collection groove and a second mud collection groove store a part of foreign substances and moisture introduced through an opening between the protrusion and the slinger outer diameter part. Since parts with the seal are not separated before assembly into the bearing, the inflow of foreign substances into an assembly part can be prevented and assembly is easy when the bearing is mounted. In addition, when the bearing is mounted on a car wheel and the wheel rotates, the protrusion formed on an end part of a reinforcing steel cylinder limits the flow of foreign substances including water into the bearing, thereby providing effects of extending the life of the bearing and improving performance due to minimizing sealing drag torque.

본 발명은 탄성체와 슬링거의 구성을 포함하며 탄성부는 돌기를, 슬링거는 슬링거외경부를 포함한다. 또한, 돌기 및 슬링거외경부를 형성하여 조립 후 분리가 되지 않는 형상으로 하고, 탄성체에 머드포집 경방형립과 머드포집 축방향립을 형성하여 이물질의 시일 내 유입을 저감하고, 슬링거에 대한 접촉부 접촉 압력을 최소화하는 것으로서 드래그 토크 저감 베어링 설계 제작이 가능하다. 시일을 구비한 부품이 베어링에 조립 전 분리되지 않으므로 조립부내 이물 유입을 방지할 수 있으며, 베어링 장착 시 조립이 용이하며, 베어링이 자동차 휠에 장착되어 휠이 회전할 때 보강철원통부 단부에 형성된 돌기로 인하여 물을 포함한 이물질들이 베어링 내부로 유입되는 것이 제한되어 베어링수명이 연장되며, 실링 드래그 토크를 최소화하여 성능이 향상되는 효과가 있다.
