본 발명은 서스펜션 부시에 관한 것으로, 원통 형상의 외철(110)과, 상기 외철(110)에 비해 작은 지름을 갖는 원통 형상을 가지고 상기 외철(110)의 내측에 동일 중심축 상에 배치되며 상기 외철(110)의 양단에 비해 양단이 외측으로 더 돌출되는 내철(120)과, 상기 내철(120)에서 다른 부분에 비해 직경이 크며 상기 외철(110)의 내측에 배치되는 몸체부(121)와, 상기 외철(110)의 내측에서 상기 외철(110)과 상기 내철(120)의 몸체부(121) 사이에 배치되어 완충작용을 하는 러버(130)와, 상기 러버(130)의 양단에 형성되어 상기 내철(120)의 양단 일부를 감싸 지지하는 스토퍼(140)를 포함한다. 본 발명은 양단 스토퍼가 외철 내측에 위치되므로 조립성 및 이음 문제를 동시에 해결할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
The present invention relates to a suspension bush. The suspension bush according to the present invention includes a cylindrical outer iron (110), an inner iron (120) having a cylindrical shape having a diameter smaller than that of the outer iron (110) and both ends protruding outward beyond both ends of the outer iron (110), and disposed on the concentric axis inside the outer iron (110), a body portion (121) having a larger diameter than other portions of the inner iron (120) and disposed inside the outer iron (110), a rubber (130) disposed between the outer member (110) and the body portion (121) of the inner iron (120) to perform a buffering operation, and a stopper (140) formed on both ends of the rubber (130) and surrounding portions of both ends of the inner iron (120). Since both ends of the stopper are located inside the outer iron, the present invention can simultaneously solve the assembling and joint problems.
