실시 예에 따른 감지 장치는 절연층; 상기 절연층 위에 배치되는 감지 전극부; 및 상기 절연층 위에 상기 전극부를 덮으며 배치되고, 탄소 미세 코일을 포함하는 감지층을 포함하고, 상기 전극부는, 상기 절연층 위에 배치되는 제 1 감지 전극과, 상기 절연층 위에 배치되며, 수직 방향에서 상기 제 1 감지 전극과 적어도 일부가 중첩되는 제 2 감지 전극을 포함한다.
A sensing device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an insulation layer; a sensing electrode unit disposed on the insulation layer; and a sensing layer arranged on the insulation layer while covering the electrode unit, and including a carbon fine coil. The electrode unit comprises: a first sensing electrode arranged on the insulation layer; and a second sensing electrode arranged on the insulation layer, of which at least a part is overlapped with the first sensing electrode in a vertical direction.
