The present invention relates to a lightweight covering shelf and a method for manufacturing the same. According to the above configuration, it is possible to reduce the weight of the covering shelf. Fuel efficiency of a vehicle can be increased due to the weight reduction, decomposition is facilitated, and a recycling rate can be increased, so that an eco-friendly lightweight covering shelf can be manufactured.
