An electromotive vehicle capable of boarding with a guardian comprises: a base body having a rectangular plate shape; a pair of rear wheels individually coupled to both side surfaces of the base body; a seat arranged to be one-sided from a central portion of the base body on an upper surface of the base body; a front wheel frame exposed instead of being covered by the seat of the base body, and coupled to the front of a foothold provided in the base body for a guardian to board on a side of the seat; a steering unit having a steering shaft inserted into the front wheel frame to be coupled and a handle coupled to an upper end of the steering shaft; a front wheel coupled to a lower end of the steering shaft; and a drive unit coupled to the front wheel to drive the front wheel.
